Exchanges and Returns Eligibility

  • Products are only eligible for exchange if there is a manufacturing defect, an incorrect size, or incorrect product has been delivered to you.
  • For hygiene purposes, no exchanges and returns are allowed on masks.
  • Anything purchased on the website using a promo code or purchased on sale will be considered a final sale item and will be non-refundable.
  • Exchange Request or Damaged product if received must be notified within 30 days of delivery supported with pictures. You can inform us by writing to us at
  • The items should be unused and with all original packaging (tags, etc.).
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

Returning products 

  • We offer a pick-up facility in select locations basis our courier serviceability. If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product(s) in a packet. The product(s) must be unused, unwashed and all the tags should be intact. We will pick up the return within 1 - 3 business days from the request placement date. Keep the packet ready to expedite the return pickup.
  • If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us by any reliable courier service within 7 days of raising a return request. Please pack the product(s) and ensure that it is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Please do mention the Order No. and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet.   • Please email us at with your name, address, order number and reason for returning the item(s) so that we can keep track of it.
  • Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item.
  • After running a quality check of the returned items for which we are responsible we will re-make the item you purchased and ship it to you.
  • Please make sure that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.).
  • Please keep all tracking details of the parcel until we confirm receipt of the products.
