Exchanges and Returns Eligibility
- Products are only eligible for exchange if there is a manufacturing defect, an incorrect size, or incorrect product has been delivered to you.
- For hygiene purposes, no exchanges and returns are allowed on masks.
- Anything purchased on the website using a promo code or purchased on sale will be considered a final sale item and will be non-refundable.
- Exchange Request or Damaged product if received must be notified within 30 days of delivery supported with pictures. You can inform us by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- The items should be unused and with all original packaging (tags, etc.).
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- We offer a pick-up facility in select locations basis our courier serviceability. If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product(s) in a packet. The product(s) must be unused, unwashed and all the tags should be intact. We will pick up the return within 1 - 3 business days from the request placement date. Keep the packet ready to expedite the return pickup.
If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us by any reliable courier service within 7 days of raising a return request. Please pack the product(s) and ensure that it is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Please do mention the Order No. and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. - Please email us at email@example.com with your name, address, order number and reason for returning the item(s) so that we can keep track of it.
- Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item.
- After running a quality check of the returned items for which we are responsible we will re-make the item you purchased and ship it to you.
- Please make sure that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.).
Please keep all tracking details of the parcel until we confirm receipt of the products.
