Your order once placed will be processed and dispatched in 5 working days and will be delivered to you within 3-4 working days from the day of dispatch.

Products are only eligible for exchange if there is a manufacturing defect, an incorrect size, or incorrect product has been delivered to you. For masks and products on sale / offer, no returns are allowed. Damaged product if received must be notified within 48 hours of delivery supported with pictures.
